About Me

My name is Kaitlyn Prior, I am an accredited exercise physiologist and exercise scientist who is passionate about the positive effects exercise and movement can make in our lives both mentally and physically and its role in helping to prevent disease. I am enthusiastic about tailoring exercise to your specific needs and goals and assisting you in your journey to a healthier lifestyle and greater wellbeing.

Individualised One-on-One Exercise Sessions

  • These sessions can be conducted in the park, beach or in the comfort of your own home (mobile sessions)
  • Following and initial consultation, medical history and assessment, exercise prescription can be tailored to your specific needs.
  • Sessions are client needs and goals focused to ensure effective treatment of conditions or injuries and providing satisfying outcomes
  • Varying session durations – 30min, 45min, 60min

Clinical Matwork Pilates Sessions

  • Individual Pilates sessions can be effective in treating and assisting in recovery from a range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries including back pain, shoulder pain and arthritis to name a few.
  • If you wish to reduce or eliminate pain, create efficient patterns of movement, improve function, flexibility and joint mobility, Pilates could be an effective option.
  • Sessions are individualised and tailored to your specific needs and goals
  • Varying session durations – 30min, 45min, 60min

Due to COVID-19 restrictions Matwork Pilates Classes are unavailable however will recommence when able.
